Prevent Abuse and Neglect
through Dental Awareness

In 1998-99 the New Mexico P.A.N.D.A. Coalition was initiated to institute a program designed to raise awareness about the ever-increasing number of abuse and neglect cases in our community. Since it's inception over 3000 dental professionals have been educated on abuse & neglect recognition and appropriate intervention.

You have a chance to help spread the news about P.A.N.D.A. and to help prevent abuse and neglect. Please take a moment to see how you can become involved in a P.A.N.D.A. coalition in New Mexico. Help dental professionals make a difference in a child's life.

Mission Statement
The goal of the Prevent Abuse and Neglect through Dental Awareness (P.A.N.D.A.) Coalition is to create an atmosphere of understanding in the dental community, which will result in the prevention of abuse and neglect through early identification and appropriate intervention for those who have been abused or neglected.
